The GG2022 program (www.gg2022.net) was jointly organized by the Global Public Policy Institute, Hertie School of Governance, Tsinghua University, Fudan University, the Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs at Princeton University and the Brookings Institution. The program was generously supported by the Robert Bosch Stiftung and the Transatlantic Program of the German Government.

The GG2022 program brought together 24 young leaders, eight from China, Germany and the US, respectively, in a series of trilateral dialogues aimed at developing scenarios for the future of global governance in the areas of cyber security, global energy governance and global development governance. 

Over the course of one year (2012-2013) the fellows have met three times: in Berlin, Beijing and in Washington, DC. In Bonn, the fellows presented their scenarios and the related implications and policy recommendation.
