Demand is growing to better link funding to results. Development organizations are designing new products to strengthen the focus on results. They promise to help both deliver more effective aid, and be able to better demonstrate the impact development financing is making. A small range of results-based approaches exists. Learning from the different approaches, and exchanging early lessons can help strengthen current approaches and improve on them. The workshop offered an opportunity to discuss results-based approaches, with a focus on specific issues that aid agencies are encountering in design and implementation.
