As of now on, we are pleased to present our publications Briefing Paper and Analysen und Stellungnahmen in a new and more appealing design. We kept the four-sided format. Both series will take up the discussion of current questions and controversies of development policy, take position, and will give concrete (policy) advice even more to the point than before.

The first publications in the “new look” are the Briefing Paper 10/2010 “State Fragility Indices: Potentials, Messages and Limitation” and the Analysen und Stellungnahmen 5/2010 “Was leisten Indizes staatlicher Fragilität?” by Sebastian Zjaja, German Development Institute / Deutsches Institut für Entwicklungspolitik (DIE) and Javier Fabra Mata, UNDP Oslo Centre.
