The data produced by the Constellations of State Fragility project are freely available for everyone to use under the Creative Commons license CC BY 4.0. When citing this source, please do so according to the guidelines given below.

Data files are available in CSV format. Currently, Constellations of State Fragility is at version 2.0. The data of the previous version 1.0 is also available for download.
