One week after the 2016 US presidential elections we discussed the impact of the election outcome on global sustainability, climate and energy cooperation. With the United States being one of the most powerful nations in the world, these elections have a potentially game changing impact on challenges that can only be addressed by global cooperation.
Discussions were sparked by inputs from Dirk Messner and from American energy expert Nicholas Wagner.
